Die traditionelle Erzählung über den Einfluss Roms auf das Judentum und Urchristentum geht so: Die Römer haben im Zuge der Ausdehnung
ihres Weltreichs nach Osten auch Palästina erobert und den alten jüdischen Kulturraum ihrer politischen Herrschaft unterworfen.
Die Römer kamen als militärische Eroberer und habe Jesus hingerichtet, auf die alte jüdische Kultur und das neu entstehende Urchristentum konnten sie nur wenig Einfluss ausüben.

Meine Thesen über den Einfluss Roms auf das Judentum und Urchristentum:
Der militärische und politische Einfluss Roms in Judäa, Samaria und Galiläa ist bekannt, der kulturelle Einfluss auf Judentum und Christentum wird total unterschätzt.
